Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RatifyAI at ratify.eesweb.in, run by EESWEB, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

RatifyAI gives businesses QR-code review pages. Happy customers are guided to leave a Google review, with optional AI-suggested wording they can edit. Unhappy customers can send private feedback to the business. Businesses can also connect their Google Business Profile to see their Google reviews and reply to them.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• New setups are checked by us before going live. We may ask for changes or decline a setup.

3. Credits and payment

Some features use credits, for example AI-drafted reviews or replies. The current credit costs are shown in your dashboard before you use them.

• Credits you've bought aren't refundable, except where the law requires.
• We may change credit prices for future purchases, with notice.

4. Fair use of reviews

Reviews must come from real customers. You agree to follow Google's policies for reviews and the consumer laws that apply to you. In particular, you must not:

• post or ask for fake reviews, or reviews from people who weren't customers;
• offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews;
• post replies that are false, abusive, or that share a customer's private details;
• use the service to send spam or for anything unlawful.

AI suggestions are only a starting point. The customer decides what to write, and you're responsible for every reply you post.

5. Connecting Google

• Only connect Google Business Profiles you own or are authorised to manage.
• You allow RatifyAI to read your reviews and post the replies you write or approve, through Google's APIs.
• You can disconnect any time. Your use of Google's services is also covered by Google's own terms.

6. Customer data

You'll receive feedback, names and phone numbers from your customers. Use them only to follow up on that feedback, keep them safe, and follow the privacy laws that apply. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our rights

• RatifyAI's software, design and brand belong to EESWEB. You keep ownership of your content: logo, business details and replies. You give us permission to use your content only to run the service.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.
• We may change or stop features. If we close the service, we'll give reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep RatifyAI available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We can't promise any number of reviews or any rating. We also don't control Google or other third-party services, which can change or go down.

To the extent the law allows:

• EESWEB isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses;
• our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using RatifyAI and ask us to close your account at any time. Your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
